Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, including the hygiene sticker, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions & Hygiene

Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. Returns will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is intact and the item shows no signs of wear.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures the fastest service and availability.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
