During our launch period, orders may take slightly longer to process due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, BONSJANS is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
