We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as shipping carriers or customs processing.

Shipping costs for orders under €100 are calculated at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-orders / Launch period

During our launch period, orders may take slightly longer to process due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, BONSJANS is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
